Support for Arts and Culture runs very strong in the South Georgian Bay region. Our communities are passionate about supporting local talent, artists and programs.
CACE – Centre for Arts, Culture and Entertainment, is a local group of citizens who are committed to building an arts, culture and entertainment Centre in Collingwood. Their mission is to drive and encourage tourism by engaging and attracting major artists in a multi purpose centre that is commercially sustainable, inclusive, accessible, and engages the community.

Thomas Vincent is what many like to call a Serial Entrepreneur – always thinking outside the box.
This kind of thinking has earned him great success in the Hospitality and Retirement segments/industries and adds tremendous value to his community projects.
Thomas pioneered the field of furnished corporate housing, recognizing that the “one Size fits all” traditional hotel offering did not meet the needs of the business traveler, who would normally be away for extended periods of time. As well as his own corporate suite business in Canada he created a network of thousands of suites in over 40 cities around the world. Thomas has since developed Balmoral Village, in Collingwood Ontario, a unique “Age in Place” Adult Lifestyle Community that fulfils the needs of Active Adults 55+ .
